Oh dear! Not the best starts for a new game. It has been removed from sale in the UK from Steam without any explanation. Looking on Steam forum and other review pages it's getting a mixed reception. Bug patches already, maybe they should have finished it first! 30 on steam(when it was available), as low as 21-22 at online retailers

Going to give this a few weeks before deciding whether to buy. By the sounds of it it could be another Homefront and last less than a week before dying off.

Years of gaming there if its good though.

Only had time to familiarise myself with the controls (and endless character customisation) yesterday by playing some training single-player missions. No graphical glitches whatsoever and playing on high settings.

Might have time to try some multiplayer today but have a job interview that im prepping for on Tuesday as well. smile.gif

Right played a little more tonight and i must say i really like it. You unlock stuff pretty quickly playing the single player mode and challenges. Tried a multiplayer server and it all ran smoothly. Would love to have some peeps to play with as its a very objective based game. Oh and the range of customisation is immense!

To be honest Cyp I am going to wait to see what its like, some say (PC Custom) its not as good as it looks, just dont want to spend 34 on a game that will hardly be used

I think it was that price on Steam as well before they took it down. I have had no technical issues with it whatsoever so dont let the initial glitches put you off. They patched within hours of release.

I dont think i can realy give it justice without having others playing on comms. I like the objective system - small ones that are class specific and overall map ones. You really need team mates thinking about backing you up to acheive these as well like BFBC2 eg health, ammo etc. It feels like you rank up much quicker that BFBC2 - i have completed the training single player levels and played one multiplayer online round and have unlocked the heavy body type (you get three - small, medium & heavy) and upgraded my main rifle as well as adding some general character abilities.

Maybe if Zeb is going to get it we can have some multiplayer games and feedback more.

Should have it by saturday night but more likely will be on sunday night for a go. You dont have to level in single player first do you ?

Dont think so but it only takes an hour or so to unlock some stuff on the 'tutorials' and also helps familiarise yourself with the controls/classes/objectives etc.
